This is a good collection of buildings with a matching feel that can be used to create a whole settlement, large or small - and not necessarily in a desert setting.
This building has its own little floored courtyard before it with a low surrounding wall. Could offer some small degree of cover for defenders, though they'd be better off going up the stairs and onto the roof. Or inside. There's enough roof area for several figures to stand on. Easy to assemble - you just stick the door in - it has enough interior space to be usable, though any significant amount of furniture will make it hard to get figure bases in.
As with all the stuff (quite a lot of it) that I've had from QP3D, these Desert Dwellings are sturdily made and require very little clean-up before priming and painting. (I primarily use Vallejo and Reaper paints, but any decent acrylics will serve fine).
Figures for scale are 28mm.
